Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Partner and Associate Director in the automotive sector to lead and guide top OEMs through complex challenges. This role demands deep industry expertise and leadership to drive operational excellence and strategic growth while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Guide top OEMs through complex challenges in operations, procurement, supply chain, product development, and manufacturing
Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance
Generate significant growth in strategic priority areas
Involve in project execution to increase client value
Mentor junior team members and build intellectual capital
Required Qualifications
Senior leadership experience within an OEM
Proven expertise in manufacturing, assembly, supply chain, and operational transformation
Strong understanding of EV production and emerging trends
Experience launching and scaling new programs
Ability to influence and advise C-suite executives
Strong industry presence with understanding of OEM leadership dynamics
Superior problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
