About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and adaptable Occupational Therapist (OT) with both inpatient and outpatient experience to join a dedicated rehabilitation team in a respected acute care setting. This position offers a balanced caseload (50% inpatient, 50% outpatient) and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Help patients develop, recover, and maintain skills for daily living and working activities.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies.
• Provide patient and family education on therapy exercises and adaptive techniques for home use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California OT license (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient care.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification .
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.

• Schedule: Variable, includes weekends.

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Pay: Competitive weekly rates with overtime and holiday pay at an additional $10/hr.
