Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans
Engage in collaborative care with the clinical team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care
