Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify treatment needs
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs
Implement physical therapy treatment plans
Operate specialized physical therapy equipment
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers on exercise and injury prevention
Maintain a safe treatment environment
Engage in quality assurance and professional development
Collaborate in discharge planning
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in physical therapy
Physical Therapy experience (New Grads are welcome)
Other certifications or licenses may be required
