Key Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling appointments and updating patient schedules
Maintain portable files and nursing station organization
Answer phones and transcribe messages
Notify families of new orders and appointments
Assist with taking and documenting vitals
Handle medical records requests and manage patient prescriptions
Support nursing staff with patient care needs
Prepare for medical meetings and maintain patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Windows-based computer systems
Spanish speaking
Training such as CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques, and QMRP/QIDP designation
