Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors
Coordinate and deliver nursing care to residents
Supervise care provided by HHAs and RCAs
Manage and administer medications
Document care in the electronic health record
Assist in training Resident Care staff
Participate in health, wellness, and lifestyle programs
Required Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse in New York
Associates degree and minimum two years clinical experience or diploma with four years clinical experience
Basic first aid and CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in assisted living, post-acute or long-term care setting
Experience with and/or special interest in working with seniors
