Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

ACUTE CASE MANAGER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an acute case management RN.
  • Proven experience in acute case management .
  • Prior travel experience is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Primary: 5x8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
  • Alternative: 4x10-hour shifts may be considered for the right candidate.
  • On-call: Yes.

License & Certifications:

  • A valid Massachusetts RN license is required.
  • Conditional licenses will be accepted if the applicant has already initiated the permanent licensure process. The initial contract will be for the duration of the conditional license, with an extension contingent upon the issuance of a permanent license.

 

Additional Details
  • This is an immediate, critical need with a preferred start date of 09/22/2025 .
  • The contract is for either 13 or 20 weeks.
  • Unit: CCM Nursing Staff (BW3819).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with acute case management experience for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and is responsible for coordinating patient care, managing resources, and facilitating discharge planning to ensure safe transitions.
