Key Responsibilities
Administers medications and ensures proper security of narcotics
Responds to emergency situations and documents them
Coordinates patient teaching plans
Assists with procedures and coordinates recovery care post-sedation
Supervises patient flow and directs clinical support staff
Acts as a resource for LPNs and Clinic Assistants
Documents care in KP Health Connect
Engages positively with members and staff
Travels within the assigned geographical area
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of current experience in HMO or ambulatory setting
High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
Registered Nurse License (Maryland) within 6 months of hire
Registered Nurse License (Virginia) within 6 months of hire
Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
