Intuit is looking for Senior Tax Professionals to assist clients with their tax filings from the comfort of their home. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will help navigate tax complexities while enjoying impressive benefits and a flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
