We have a positive impact on our customers, our employees and the environment every day. Precision AirConvey seeks an experienced Project Engineer to join our industry leading organization. The successful candidate will work closely with a strong internal team to solve 21st industry challenges with innovation, creativity, and state-of-the-art engineering. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving customer-centric system design solutions and will have excellent project management and communication skills. Health, dental, life, and disability insurance ~Paid vacation & holidays ~ A positive corporate culture that celebrates collaboration and great performance Learn the ins & outs of PAC’s systems and design them to solve customer-specific requirements Support the sales team in all aspects of developing new customers specifically with quoting and technical concept support Manage projects from concept to completion to ensure complete customer satisfaction including plan development, implementation of plan, and customer delivery Support system startup and commissioning, ensuring smooth integration and operation at customer sites Develop and maintain strong customer relationships; as needed, through all stages of project scope, development, execution, and maintenance Manage all project related internal and external communication, timelines, and budgets Work collaboratively with external suppliers and internal departments to manage customer deliverables on schedule and within budget; provide leadership, guidance, and direction through each project phase Support customers troubleshooting existing systems manufactured by PAC or others Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar discipline Have 5+ years of experience manufacturing project engineering Possess a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to solve technical problems Be passionate about quality and have a keen eye for detail Have outstanding organization, planning, and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities Be available to travel nationally to customer locations for project launch and equipment installation & customer training Have computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software and Solidworks (or equal) Employment type Full-time Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Sign in to set job alerts for “Project Engineer” roles.
