Key Responsibilities

  • Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching and direction
  • Lead district meetings to drive sales performance
  • Engage in Customer Engagement efforts
  • Coach and train sales consultants on consultative selling skills
  • Execute territory planning and management

Required Qualifications

  • High School education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience
  • 2+ years' experience in foodservice sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years' foodservice sales experience
