Loves Travel Stops & Country Store is seeking a General Manager in Training to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and inventory management
Assist the General Manager with task execution and reporting
Analyze profit and loss statements to capitalize on opportunities
Collaborate with managers for talent acquisition
Required Qualifications
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
