  • Work with team members to define overall user experience strategy
  • Lead a team of CX Strategy employees and contractors
  • Mentor and empower the team
  • Integrate CX Strategy within the digital development process
  • Advocate for CX within partner organizations

  • Strategic planning for CX
  • Strong business acumen
  • Digital product management skills
  • CX Measurement frameworks knowledge
  • Solid understanding of consumer experience strategy
  • International experience
  • High EQ to manage stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • Strong hands-on CX/UX strategist experience
  • Familiarity with pharma/health technology
  • English communication skills on a professional level
