Key Responsibilities
Liaise between Legal Affairs and IT to manage electronic media for investigations
Develop and implement E-Discovery and Data Retention policies
Prepare, process, and review electronic documents for litigation
Manage E-Discovery software lifecycle and support end-users
Summarize and report findings clearly
Maintain accurate records related to litigation issues
Stay updated on E-Discovery trends and integrate knowledge into practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field
6 years of experience in e-Discovery program support
6 years of experience in discovery support for ESI
Current Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) certification or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Enterprise Vault and eDiscovery Platform (Clearwell)
Knowledge of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
