Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary responder for automated material handling system issues
Assist with infrastructure upgrades and repairs
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic components
Work in teams to resolve operational problems
Perform audits and quality checks on equipment and systems
Provide analysis on equipment performance
Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of building and equipment maintenance experience
Two years maintaining automated material handling systems
Complete technical training in electronic controls and PLC troubleshooting
Experience using electrical test equipment, hand tools, power tools
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics
Understanding of codes such as NEC, BOCA, UBC, MSDS, and OSHA
Technical skills for automated material handling systems
Understanding of power distribution and control circuits
Experience with thermal imaging equipment
Experienced with AC drives
