Job Description
Join BJ's Wholesale Club as an Optical Specialist, where you'll dispense optical products and provide exceptional service to members. Utilize your expertise in lenses and frames to enhance the visual needs of our customers in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and optical products to adults and children
Advise patients on lenses and frames
Verify order data and ensure accuracy
Deliver excellent member service
Educate patients on available products
Assist Optical Manager with opening and closing procedures
Maintain club policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Licensed to work as an optician in the State
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Open shift availability
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Experience in big box wholesale, retail, or optical
