As a Training Specialist at DriveTime, you will lead the delivery of training programs, engage employees through interactive sessions, and oversee onboarding activities. Key Responsibilities
Facilitating multiple training sessions on various topics
Delivering engaging and meaningful training sessions
Promoting an inclusive learning environment
Overseeing effective delivery of training topics
Integrating company branding and values into training
Providing coaching and feedback to employees
Leading orientation and onboarding activities
Performing other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
1+ years' experience in training, coaching or development of others
Demonstrated ability to engage people in a training session
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Demonstrated progressive leadership and management skills
Experience working with a team approach to employee and organizational development
