Key Responsibilities
Support Underwriters with administration services
Provide pre-underwriting and rating support
Ensure timely data entry and documentation scanning
Verify data integrity and accuracy
Interact with various teams related to accounts
Maintain team standards and support other assistants
Provide management information and produce reports
Deliver professional service to brokers
Maintain relationships with clients and respond to queries
Attend client meetings as required
Required Qualifications
Accurate and numerate
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Well-developed spreadsheet skills
Effective verbal and written communication
