Key Responsibilities
Assist external landscaping company in park maintenance
Handle irrigation problems and tree trimmings
Perform concrete repairs
Dig holes, trenches, and footings using various tools
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of machinery components
Experience working with chemicals (chlorine/muriatic acid)
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or GED
Basic set of hand tools
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical capability for climbing, crawling, and lifting
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or technical trade certifications
Ability to keep accurate written records
Experience with irrigation controllers
Experience with filtration pumps and cleaning/repair
