Job Description
Join the U.S. Customs and Border Protection as a Customs and Border Protection Officer to protect American interests and secure our borders. Be part of a dedicated team ensuring safety and prosperity through law enforcement and border security.
Key Responsibilities
Enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations
Facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel
Conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances
Determining the admissibility of individuals for entry into the U.S.
Preventing illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods
Required Qualifications
U.S. citizenship
Residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years
Age limit: Must be referred before turning 40 with some exceptions
Preferred Qualifications
Prior law enforcement or military law enforcement experience
