Job Description
Join Touchstone Communities as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, where you'll lead strategic initiatives and drive growth across skilled nursing facilities in South Texas. This role involves coaching sales teams, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with executives to enhance occupancy and brand strength.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to local teams and executives
Coach and mentor on-site Directors of Admissions and business development team members
Conduct routine community visits across the region with weekly travel
Analyze regional market trends and identify growth opportunities
Contribute to quarterly business planning and marketing strategy development
Participate in system-wide sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in census development
Referral relationship management
Team coaching
Previous experience as an Area or Regional Sales & Business Development Manager in long-term care, post-acute, or senior living
Must reside in the greater Rio Grande Valley or Corpus Christi, TX region
