Key Responsibilities
Coordinate pharmacy technician schedule with Pharmacy Manager
Lead process improvement projects
Support Pharmacy Manager with analytical reporting in EHR
Motivate and support Dispensing Department team members
Assist in retrieving, processing, preparation, and distribution of medications
Maintain inventory and drug stock
Assist with prior authorizations for medications
Process insurance claims
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT)
Registration with State Board of Pharmacy
Two years in a retail pharmacy or hospital-based ambulatory pharmacy
