Job Description
Join Good Samaritan's mission of quality care for seniors as a Nursing Home Administrator. You'll lead facility operations, ensure compliance, and foster a supportive environment for residents and staff while enhancing quality of life through effective management.
Key Responsibilities
Overall leadership and management of the facility
Ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance
Managing resident service and communications
Overseeing infection prevention and control activities
Managing financial and operational objectives
Leading Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare administration
Course work in business and human resources
