Key Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and management of the facility
  • Ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance
  • Managing resident service and communications
  • Overseeing infection prevention and control activities
  • Managing financial and operational objectives
  • Leading Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare administration
  • Course work in business and human resources
