Job Description
Join Mission Hospital as a Nurse Manager of Oncology to lead and enhance patient care through exemplary management and innovative practices. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of a designated clinical area
Advocate and allocate resources for quality nursing care
Integrate clinical, human resource, and financial data for decision making
Promote research and evidence-based practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Supervise and coordinate clinical care
Collaborate with nursing leadership for organizational planning and evaluations
Contribute to professional development of staff and colleagues
Recruit and support new employees to promote growth
Required Qualifications
BSN or equivalent (ADN with MSN, BA with MSN)
Current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
National Certification in area of specialty within one year of accepting the role
BLS Healthcare Provider
Minimum of five years of recent nursing experience
Two years in relevant clinical hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Nursing
