As a Customer Sales Account Manager at Quill.com, you will be the primary contact for customers, managing accounts and driving sales while delivering exceptional service. You will build long-term relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service
Drive sales and achieve profit margins
Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Build and develop business relationships
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products and programs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service
Effective communication (oral and written) and relationship building skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
