Job Description

As a Customer Sales Account Manager at Quill.com, you will be the primary contact for customers, managing accounts and driving sales while delivering exceptional service. You will build long-term relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with internal business partners
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service
  • Drive sales and achieve profit margins
  • Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
  • Build and develop business relationships
  • Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
  • Educate customers on products and programs

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service
  • Effective communication (oral and written) and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
