Key Responsibilities
Directs and supervises health care services to clients
Manages staff RNs and supervises Licensed Practical Nurses
Ensures compliance with medical policies and procedures
Promotes health, safety, and welfare of individuals served
Conducts medical quality assurance reviews
Oversees medication administration and staff training
Maintains organized and confidential medical records
Implements person-centered individual support plans
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Nursing Program
Five years experience, including three years of management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Certification/Licensed as a Registered Nurse
AMAP approved nurse or willingness to obtain certification
First Aid/CPR certification
Training courses associated with consumer behavior and care
