Key Responsibilities
Help people grow, learn, and live well
Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
Support participants with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges
Assist participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Required Qualifications
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Valid driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience
Access to a registered vehicle with proof of active insurance
Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management
