Key Responsibilities

  • Help people grow, learn, and live well
  • Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
  • Support participants with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges
  • Assist participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage community involvement and participation in favorite activities

Required Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience
  • Access to a registered vehicle with proof of active insurance
  • Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management
  • Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
