Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and service work on HVAC equipment
Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
Promote products and services to customers
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems
Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
Record information on customer calls and complete paperwork
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Maintain company property and tools
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
10 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification
Valid licensing or certification as required by laws
EPA and safety certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Effective communication skills
Effective time-management and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
