Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic and service work on HVAC equipment
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Promote products and services to customers
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems
  • Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
  • Record information on customer calls and complete paperwork
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Maintain company property and tools

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 10 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification
  • Valid licensing or certification as required by laws
  • EPA and safety certifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
