Key Responsibilities
Triages and categorizes incidents and requests coming into the Service Desk
Routes unresolved issues to the correct team for resolution
Documents Service Desk troubleshooting procedures for the knowledgebase
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Strong technical aptitude
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks with attention to detail
