As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex industrial construction projects worth over $200 million, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Your role involves managing diverse teams, interacting with clients, and implementing best practices across all project phases while traveling extensively across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the site management team
Communicate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Champion and develop site-specific safety plans
Manage project budgets and schedules
Conduct safety training and meetings
Review work plans and quality documentation
Approve change orders and purchase orders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management
Experience in heavy industrial construction (e.g., fossil power generation, mining, metals, heavy manufacturing)
Eleven (11) years of construction field experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to lead and mentor teams
