Your Role & Responsibilities: - Lead & manage the Service Drive Team recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
- Ensure efficiency & service excellence maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
- Monitor safety & compliance conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
- Strengthen client relationships serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
- Oversee payroll & scheduling manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
- Develop future leaders mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
What Were Looking For: - Supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
- Strong problem-solving ability quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented & organized effective management of schedules and operations
- Valid drivers license minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record
Working Conditions: - Active role requiring standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions
