A Surgical Technician (Certified) provides crucial support to surgeons by preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments, maintaining aseptic conditions, and ensuring patient safety during operations. They assist in operating rooms, update surgical preference cards, and adhere to regulatory and safety standards under supervision. The role requires certification, technical training, and effective teamwork in a hospital environment.
