Responsibilities:Primary responsibility is to be available and flexible to float to various sites across the Legacy Health System and provide patient care as needed.
Functions as an integral part of the health care team , collaborating with and under the direction of a clinical manager or designee, in alignment with the Standards and Scope of Practice for Registered Nurses .
The RN Resource Team is responsible for the assessment, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, following Legacy Health’s established patient care standards, including protocols for patient assessment and safe transfer .
This position is compensated at a flat rate , with additional differentials applied based on work conditions (e.g., shifts, weekends, holidays, etc.).
