Key Responsibilities
Manage care management team and care coordination for behavioral health members
Oversee care management documentation for compliance
Develop and implement care management policies and procedures
Direct daily activities of care management staff
Manage escalated and complex care cases
Develop and oversee care management programs
Set goals for cost-effective healthcare results
Provide updates to senior management on team goals
Educate team on key initiatives and member outreach
Assist with onboarding, hiring, and training of new employees
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing
5+ years of related experience
Valid MI RN license
Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN with BH experience
