Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests from members
  • Apply knowledge of personal lines of insurance to assist members with quotes and policy changes
  • Identify and understand member needs to provide accurate advice and solutions
  • Operate in a contact center environment while maintaining engaging member interactions
  • Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations
  • Ensure compliance with risk and compliance policies

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Successfully acquire Property & Casualty license before date of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
  • US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
