Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests from members
Apply knowledge of personal lines of insurance to assist members with quotes and policy changes
Identify and understand member needs to provide accurate advice and solutions
Operate in a contact center environment while maintaining engaging member interactions
Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations
Ensure compliance with risk and compliance policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Successfully acquire Property & Casualty license before date of hire
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
