Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through identifying and securing new client partnerships
  • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships to increase market share
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Negotiate and manage staffing agreements and contracts
  • Maintain accurate client information and activity tracking

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated results orientation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration
