Key Responsibilities
Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard and preventive maintenance
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems
Coach and mentor other technicians
Interact with customers to determine the nature of complaints
Complete all OEM on-line diagnostic scan tool software courses
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic tools
Demonstrated experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
Advanced skilled level repairs including major engine repairs
Ability to perform all T3 tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or Technical Certification
Four years or more relevant work experience
Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A
ASE Certification in PM, Brakes, A/C, electrical, Electronics or ASE Master Mechanic
