Job Description
Join Zaxby’s as a Restaurant Shift Leader and lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with company standards while enjoying generous benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee people, processes, and products during shifts
Set shift goals and assign tasks to team members
Respond to guests' needs and resolve any complaints
Create a culture of high performance and train team members
Communicate shift goals and motivate team members
Manage food production and quality
Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety guidelines
Maintain positive team morale and effective communication
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
