Key Responsibilities

Assist in performing inspections and preventive maintenance
Learn to perform FAI/CVI inspections on fleet vehicles
Conduct quality preventive maintenance inspections
Perform maintenance repairs under guidance
Address driver vehicle inspection report write-ups
Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions
Document all work performed accurately

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Current and valid driver's license (CDL Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training 2-year school
Annual Inspector Certification
Brake Inspector Certification
ASE certifications – Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks
609 HVAC Certification
Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software
