Job Description
Join Linden Ponds as a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist and help our residents achieve their best quality of life through personalized therapy. Work in a vibrant community and make a lasting impact on the well-being of older adults.
Key Responsibilities
Providing speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings
Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and all Payer guidelines and ASHA requirements
Supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Implementing residents’ personal care plans
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary clinical team for resident care
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in working with the older adult population related to therapies
Current CPR Certification
Current valid state license in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable
