A School-Based Occupational Therapist provides specialized occupational therapy services to school-aged children to improve fine motor and sensory integration skills. They assess students with physical or cognitive impairments, develop individualized intervention plans, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams. This role requires a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, pediatric experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Position Summary:
The position of School-Based Occupational Therapist provides coordinated Occupational therapy to school-aged children. They plan, implement, and evaluate students to provide appropriate fine motor and/or sensory integration skills. They evaluate occupational roles and occupational performance of students with physical and/or cognitive impairments. They provide interventions based on student deficits and they collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
