Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Car Rental Service Attendant, where you will engage with customers outdoors in a dynamic environment. You'll assist with the rental and return process, ensuring excellent service in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
Check cars and enter information using a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Assist customers at exit gates or check-in cars at return
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular on-site presence
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
