Join William Charles Construction as a Construction Manager to lead clean energy projects across the Midwest. You will coordinate field operations, manage personnel, and ensure safety and compliance while traveling extensively to various project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Safety planning for all field operations
Personnel management including setting production, safety, and quality goals
Identify resources needed for job sites
Manage and update work schedule
Contribute to monthly cost completion and advise Project Manager
Report weekly quantities completed
Coordinate equipment acquisitions
Review progress and performance with Project Manager
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years of field superintendent/management experience in solar and/or wind markets
OSHA 30 Hour certification
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or related field
