Key Responsibilities
Participate in maintaining a culture consistent with service and behavioral standards
Greet patients for providers and manage appointment bookings
Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage
Manage patient flow and prepare patients for exams
Proactively monitor and manage provider schedules
Participate in orientation and training of new employees
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
1+ years of experience in a service-related industry or 6+ months of customer service experience in a professional office setting
Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate computer and telephone skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Excellent proven customer service skills
Ability to use multiple computer programs at once
Ability to work well with providers, clinical staff and patients
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work
