Key Responsibilities
Ensure great guest experiences and operational standards
Manage daily operations and team performance
Provide training and ongoing coaching to team members
Create and manage work schedules
Supervise and mentor team members
Maintain compliance with standards and guidelines
Handle guest and team member complaints
Ensure safety and operational processes are followed
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work 32 to 48 hours per week
Successful completion of background check
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
1-3 years management experience required
