Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and manage standard wait times
Complete check-in and check-out tasks including insurance verification
Collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles
Manage cashier box and daily deposits
Process walk-in patients and visitors
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage medical records and correspondence
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
2+ years of customer service experience and front desk experience
Strong communication skills both in person and via phone
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of related work experience within a medical office including data entry
1+ years of ICD 10 and CPT coding experience
1+ years of prior experience with EMR computer applications
Working knowledge of medical terminology
