Travel Clinic Physical Therapist - $2,158 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations including history, systems review, and relevant tests and measures.
• Develop individualized plans of care and select appropriate treatment techniques per physician orders.
• Conduct ongoing reassessment of patient progress and response to treatment.
• Initiate and manage discharge planning from the first visit onward.
• Supervise and delegate to ancillary staff and students according to state laws and facility policy.
• Complete accurate, timely, and legible documentation in compliance with departmental, accreditation, and insurance requirements.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support recovery and functional goals.
• Participate in professional growth, in-service training, workshops, and current literature review.
• Actively engage in quality improvement activities.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, adhering to approved safety standards.
• Practice within the scope defined by the state’s practice act.
• Perform other duties as required.
