Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work flexible schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from Sunday through Wednesday
• Shift hours: 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM (schedule cannot be changed)
• 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• Weekend requirement: Every Sunday
• No on-call requirements
• Must have 2+ years of experience with general CT/X-Ray technology
• Required to work independently in ED Imaging Department
• Perform CT, X-Ray, DEXA, MRI, Fluoro, US, NM, and MM procedures
• Must be proficient in IV placement and power injector use
• Work with GE Revolution 64 CT with Bayer power injector
• Handle CT, general X-Ray, and portable X-Ray procedures
• Patient ratio: 2 patients per hour
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), ARRT (R) and (CT), Virginia state license
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs required

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive imaging department with advanced diagnostic equipment and technology. The facility includes a 24-bed medical surgical unit, 12-bed critical care unit, and 21-bed emergency department. The imaging services encompass multiple modalities including CT, X-Ray, DEXA, MRI, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and mammography, providing complete diagnostic imaging capabilities to serve the community's healthcare needs.
