Intuit is looking for a Senior Tax Consultant to work remotely this tax season. You'll help clients navigate tax complexities and provide expert assistance using TurboTax, all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
