Key Responsibilities
Perform expert level break-fix preventive maintenance and design of mechanical and electrical equipment improvements
Provide troubleshooting support on equipment and technical support on production lines
Program, troubleshoot, and analyze complex control systems
Utilize predictive equipment for analysis and proactive maintenance
Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities
Identify and source parts and supplies as necessary
Perform maintenance as per industry standards
Conduct on-the-job training and technical self-study programs
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
Associates degree with a Technical focus
3 years of related experience in specific industry
Proficiency in predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations
Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems
Ability to use hand tools and specialized tools
Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma experience
